Luoyang Hengna Office Furniture Co., Ltd. is based in Luoyang, Henan Province — the region known as China’s steel furniture industrial base. What We Manufacture

Lab benches. Steel frames with 12.7mm, 16mm or 19mm phenolic resin worktops, in island, wall, peninsula and mobile layouts. See laboratory benches.
How We Build
The production line runs from laser cutting to CNC bending, spot welding and argon arc welding, then electrostatic powder coating cured at high temperature. Cabinet steel runs 1.0mm to 1.5mm thick. Every production batch goes through a 72-hour neutral salt spray test on coating panels, and the report ships with the goods. Worktop panels carry an E1 formaldehyde rating.
OEM & ODM for Lab Projects
Lab layouts vary, so most of our export orders are customized. Send the room dimensions and the chemical list; we return a CAD layout, a material recommendation, and a quotation. Dimensions, drawer configurations, worktop materials and colors are all adjustable. Knock-down (KD) packaging keeps freight reasonable — about 30 to 40 benches fit a 20-foot container.
