OEM & ODM Customization
Pathology storage. Custom drawer configurations and high-density layouts for wax block and slide cabinets — drawer counts, divider spacing, and label systems can all be specified.
Safety cabinets. Sizing and venting options for explosion-proof gallon cabinets and gas cylinder storage units, matched to the gases and volumes you store.
Chemical resistance. Material selection follows your chemical list: polypropylene for strong acids and alkalis, 304 or 316 stainless where chlorides dominate, phenolic resin for general chemistry.
CAD Drawings and Lab Layout Planning
Send the room dimensions and we return a CAD layout with elevation views — bench positions, aisle widths, and the positions of water, power and ventilation connections. You see the lab before a single sheet of steel is cut.
Material Consulting
Choosing between cold-rolled steel, stainless steel and polypropylene is a decision about your chemicals, your temperature range and your budget. We walk through the chemical list with you and explain what each surface can and cannot take, then put the choice in writing.
Quality Inspection Before Shipping
Every unit passes a multi-point inspection before crating: coating thickness, weld quality, drawer slide action, hinge alignment, and lock function. Coating batches are backed by 72-hour neutral salt spray test reports. Photos are taken before the crates close.
Export Packaging and Logistics
Benches ship knock-down in wooden crates with foam cushioning — about 30 to 40 benches per 20-foot container and 70 to 80 per 40-foot container. Reinforced corners protect the worktop edges in transit.
Installation and After-Sales
Each order ships with a numbered part map and installation guide. For anything unclear, our team provides technical support by message or video. Slides, hinges, handles and locks are available as spare parts.
