Overall Set Specifications
The overall set of the Laboratory Wax Block Cabinet measures Height 1520 * Width 515 * Depth 480mm, where the height includes the base. Each single section has dimensions of Height 360 * Width 515 * Depth 480mm. A complete set consists of 4 sections, and with each section having 5 drawers, it can store approximately 16,000 standard embedding box wax blocks. This large – capacity design ensures that laboratories can efficiently manage and store their wax block samples.
Product Technical Process Features
Cabinet Body Construction
The cabinet body is manufactured from high – quality cold – rolled steel plate. It is processed and formed using laser and CNC equipment, ensuring precision and consistency. The surface undergoes a comprehensive nine – step treatment sequence, including rust removal, degreasing, pickling, and water washing. Subsequently, an eleven – step electrostatic powder coating process is applied to the cabinet surface. The top – covering – side process gives the cabinet an overall beautiful and generous appearance, not only enhancing its aesthetic appeal but also providing excellent protection against corrosion and wear.
Drawer Design
The drawers are specifically tailored for wax block storage. Each drawer is divided into 14 vertical partitions, allowing for organized storage of wax blocks. The slide rails are formed by stamping a new one – piece slide rail mold, which endows them with an automatic return function. This not only makes the drawers easy to pull but also enables them to bear a large load. High – strength pulleys are installed at the starting point of the drawers, ensuring smooth sliding. Moreover, this design effectively prevents the drawers from accidentally falling out when pulled too far, providing added safety.
Shock – Absorbing Feature
High – elasticity shock – absorbing pads are incorporated into the design. These pads play a crucial role in reducing the collision between the drawer and the cabinet body when the drawer is closed. As a result, they minimize the noise generated during operation, creating a quieter working environment in the laboratory.
Handle Material
The handles are made of aluminum alloy, which offers several advantages. Aluminum alloy is highly anti – oxidant, corrosion – resistant, and maintains its color over time. This ensures that the handles remain in good condition and retain their functionality even after long – term use.
Label Slot Design
The label slots are integrally formed by stamping. This design not only provides a neat and professional look but also makes it easy to label and identify the contents of each drawer, improving the overall organization and management of wax blocks.
Base Material
The base of the cabinet is constructed from stainless steel. Stainless steel is known for its strong corrosion resistance, large load – bearing capacity, and long service life. This makes the base durable and able to support the weight of the entire cabinet, ensuring its stability over time.
Locking System
Each section of the cabinet is equipped with a through – opening interlocking lock. A single key can open all the locks, which significantly simplifies the management process. This feature is particularly useful in a laboratory setting where multiple sections may need to be accessed regularly.
